    Hi I’m new to keeping quail. This morning my dog got out and tried to jump on the quail cage. Unfortunately one of my quails was injured. She seems to be walking around ok I have her in a cardboard box in the bathroom. Her foot looks swollen. There was blood on the cage but I wasn’t able to see...

    Woulded Plymouth Rock

    My girl has a wound on her breast that has scab over and is red. It's not fever hot nor is there any smell or pus. But it does look like it's on the verge of becoming infected. What are some tips just incase it does turn for the wors.

    Cut on leg, and problem with bands

    So we put little elastic leg bands on our chicks when they were about a week to a week and a half old, but we thought they'd expand a little (being elastic). Just took them off, and apparently they don't expand at all. Will my quail's legs recover their thickness? It looks kind of like someone...
