    Day 26 hatching Call Ducks

    Help! I thought I was prepared but now I’m seeing conflicting information and don’t know what to do. I have 5 Call Ducks, nearing the end of day 25. They’re locked down, but now I’m being told that they need assistance etc etc, but ALSO I’ve read to never open the incubator once locked down due...

    Should I help?

    We had a hen go broody but when the eggs got close to hatching time she gave up and left the eggs. I figured she would come back but she lost interest in them. I moved them under a heat lamp and so far one egg has hatched. I put the eggs in there not realizing that they could not be turned...
