duck 2 weeks

Hi there! We have 27 red sex links and some new unidentified ducklings. In may we will be getting our lavender orpingtons delivered. We are very new to backyard chickens and hoping to learn a lot here!

My two week old crested duckling had this weird growth on the side of her face. It appeared last week and has grown in size. This is probably triple the size it was when it first appeared. Does anyone know what this is?
