Hi everyone, I live in upstate NY (as in really upstate), so it gets very very cold here. My drakes in particular have had peeling skin on their bills for a few months, but it always looked very normal to me so I didn't worry about it very much -- just normal shedding dead skin-cells type of...- prestoconfuoco

Help! Strange spot on duck bill
I just noticed this strange spot on my runner ducks bill. It puckers around the edges, there’s no bleeding or oozing. She’s eating and drinking fine and has lots of energy. My other duck seems fine. Anyone seen this before? Any ideas? Should I be contacting a vet? -
