    Do Golden Phoenix's need any extra care?

    I'm not sure if this has been asked before but I searched the forums and couldn't find anything. I was just thinking that because they have long tails that drag on the ground, would they need any special care? Like bedding, feed, etc...? Wouldn't dirt and feces build up in it? Would I have to...

    I'm new to adding chickens to my family and can't believe I didn't do it sooner. I selected 4 great layers and a couple of ornamental chickens, but this "ornamental" Golden Phoenix is my best layer and so unique. Every day she pecks on the sliding glass door (they free range during the day)...
