    5 week old gosling making strange noise

    One of my 5 week old goslings, after picking it up to put it in the enclosure, made a noise like air was being let out of it. Like hissing but also squeaky or wheezy. It's the only time I heard it and otherwise it seems healthy. Could a 5 week old hiss already? It's older siblings (5 months)...

    Can gosling eat Udder Balm?

    I put some Udder Balm on a gosling who's sibling keeps tugging at the down, so far it's detered it when it tries but I'm worried for the one that has it. Will it prevent from preening itself? I know it has wax and the clove scent they don't seem to like, it also has 8-hydroxyqouline in it...
