guinea fowl leg injury

Our guinea fowl had his leg caught in vines. The vine was twisted around his ankle and hip. It appears he tried to free himself and caused the vine to twist tightly around his leg. His leg/foot is facing outward and having difficulty walking and keeping up with the rest of the flock. Any ideas...
