We have quite the creeping charlie (I think it's Glechoma hederacea) infestation of our lawn. We'd like to address it, but our ducks also forage there. Does anyone have any success with killing this invasive plant with a poultry-friendly treatment?

I'm about 5 months in to my first flock and things are going well. But I want to remove some elephant ears that are taking over to corner of my yard and moving closer to my coop. I've read that they are poisonous to chickens.
So...I'm trying to get better but it's obvious that my gardening...
