missing half the incubator

    I ordered a thermal air HovaBator incubator and quail eggs from Stromberg. I thought i was ready for the quail eggs. Today I opened the incubator box and all it had in it was the foam bottom not what it shows pic of. How reputable is Stromberg? Looks like this is a GQF product. Do they have good...
