my chick is grieving

hi so long story on how my three chicks died but a rat got them :hitand my one chick seen it all happen and know is grieving she is only two weeks old and im gonna start incubating more today but it will take three weeks for them to hatch what can i do to help her :(:flthanks for every onees help
