Chicken thought to be dead was seen in neighbors yard (.5 miles away). What can I do to get her back?

Three out of 4 neighbors donot mind my 5 free-ranging Wyandottes....but the 4th doesn’t want them on her property. Is there such a thing as a solar powered motion sensing repellor device to keep them out of her yard ?- jmblowen
