no photo upload

Just now had this issue. Site moving slowly. Was fine this a.m. First time encountered. On desktop computer, latest version of Microsoft Edge. It just sits and will not being loading the photo. No problems before this at all. Thought maybe you were going into site maintenance or something. And...
