Why aren't my quail laying and crowing?
So, we have 4 ten week old quail in a cage and 4 five week old quail in a different cage. Silent male?
So I have a male quail I know he’s male because I have vent sexed and he is exhibiting mating behaviors. Do some quail just never crow? I would think he would start before trying to mate right? Eggs?? Crowing???

Male or Female?
