5 day old Silkie chick slipped tendon?

Small air cell and internal pip
I have 1 egg that has a very small air cell, but has internally pipped about 5-6 hours ago. Do I need to do anything at this point? I'm worried that with such a small air cell, that there may not be enough o2 for the baby and that it may have difficulty hatching.
