Hello, I recently got a Rouen duck to add to the flock. Beautiful bird. But recently he/she has gotten a lump on the side of its head. Does anyone had a clue what this could be?

Ducking is moving its beak..and I can hear little peeps.. Hopefully not shrink wrapped as I accidentally knocked the lid off.. Just my luck!!
