scorpion sting

I feel compelled to share our story because I've learned so much reading from these forums as nearly every single one of our seven girls has had some issue (broody, cracked beak, scorpion sting, heat issues). We live in the Phoenix area, so a very difficult area to keep chickens in the summer...

My chicken hasn't laid eggs for 4 days (she usually lays one almost daily), ever since she got stung by a scorpion. I know scorpion venom is a neurotoxin and I figure it's because of that. She's walking fine now, but I am worried that having so many efgs in her without coming out might hurt...
