Facial swelling due to colds accumulation -- chinese silkie

Chickens sinus inflating/deflating when eyes closed. Normal?
Never seen this before as I don't watch my chickens sleep...but broody hen on camera, and I see this. And strangely enough only when her eyes are closed. Infection or normal? She has never shown any problems or symptoms I can think of.- uktech
