sitting on empty nest

i have a hen who is sitting on an empty nest . I had a fake egg in the nest to encourage my girls to lay there. And they do but One of my hens started to sit all day and not leave the nest. So I removed the fake egg and Each day I take her off the nest and each night I find her there again...
