spots on eggs

I only have 6 hens and 3 of them lay speckled eggs. They are all different breeds but when I wash the eggs the speckles just wipe right off. Is that normal? I just assumed the speckles were apart of the egg shell not the bloom. Or am I washing eggs too roughly? I use a soft rag, warm water, and...

Recently one of my Black Australorp lay an egg that have some brown spots on it, why is that? Is this something I need to worry about ? She is healthy, eats well, drinks, poops fine, no issues. I’m attaching a picture.

We just got a new hen the other day and yesterday she laid us an egg with dark spots on the shell. We assumed nothing out of the ordinary but when mum washed the egg the spots washed off! What were these spots? Were they blood spots? Should we be worried?
