I have some black oil sunflower seeds (they're not very large seeds) that I feed the wild birds with. I know that Sunflower seeds have a good amount of protein. Would they have more protein if I soaked and sprouted them? What about if I fermented them? Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
