Hello everyone,
One of our younger hens (6mo) has been laying for about a month, and is routinely laying double-yolk eggs. As of now, about 75% of her eggs have been doubles, and 25% have been singles. There was one instance where she laid a triple-yolker.
We have had chickens for over four...
As soon as I saw it, I was pretty sure I knew what was inside. It was the biggest egg I'd seen in my life! Was it a bird? a dinosaur? No! It was a triple yolker!
Sadly I didn't get any pictures, because it was broken.
Have any of you ever gotten a triple yolker?
