unable to stand duck

    Young duck can’t walk, HELP!

    I have a young duck, no fuzzy feathers, growing in adult feathers, still pretty small.. A woman had it and obvi didn’t care for it, it can’t walk, it just sits there and when it breathes, I hear a soft click. What can I do to help it?
