    What is wrong with the egg yolk?

    This post is not about incubating. But I have a question about what is wrong with the yolk. Usually I collect our eggs and leave them on the counter until we are ready to wash them. After they are washed I will "candle" them with a flashlight to find any fractures or cracks that I may not see...
