So this morning my 8m blue Australorp laid this egg. The shell was softer than usual and cracked easily and this was on the inside. The shell was a bit wrinkled on the top.
What could it be? She seems fine besides a case of bumble foot we are currently treating.
I went outside to collect my eggs this morning and I found this egg. It looks almost like a umbilical cord is attached to the eggs. I’ve never seen anything like it. I cracked the egg and even the yolk had what looks like a cord attached to it. Is my hen sick or is there something wrong? She’s...
We have a weird egg .... it's super rough, dented, misshaped.
It is just one egg a couple days ago. Should we be concerned? Don't know which hen laid it.
