    Is this wet feather?

Hi! My duck seems to be wet on only her neck. I have picked her up and checked her over and she is dry everywhere else but her neck is wet to the touch, I have some photos I will attach as well. Has anyone seen wet feather only on the neck? I've tried googling this but can't find anything.

    Ducks with wet feather

I was going to post an update on my duck that I adopted, but they got into motor oil so I was so worried that they would get sick from it. They seem fine, but now their feathers aren’t waterproof anymore! They just dunked their heads in and I had to clean them off with soap. I dried them off...
