white ear lobe

What is the breed of this pullet? Is it a brown leghorn? It has dark Beek and dark leg and white earlobe.

Thank you in advance for your help in advance. Our hen as a white ear lobe that we just noticed. Both ears are identical. It doesn’t look like a fungus but just white. I was going to use miconazole cream but decided to wait and see what happens. Has anyone else experienced this?
