I have a hen who layed a fairy egg yesterday. I cracked it today and there is barely any yolk and it appears as if there may be a worm or something in her egg. I am not sure if it is what holds the yolk in place or if it is a worm. I am attaching a photo below.
I'm in a byc local group and this has been a debate all day with over 100 comments. I figured I'd bring it to the experts lol. These are not my pictures. Is this some sort of worm or leaked egg whites from a hole in the egg?
