¿what is nugget with his blue and white feet...?

this is my friend's roo... he got him at a feedstore and thought he was cool because he has a blue leg and a white one... the white leg has a blue toe... LOL... anyways... i don't know if he's OEGB... they had those hens with him, so he took them too... they look OEGB to me, but the bright blue legs look crazy... i also took one of the hens for myself, and she has a blue face... what could they be mixed with...? also when he was younger, his neck feathers looked frizzled...

Their mixes but thats so cool! Never seen a bird like that. Also the one pullets face is blue as well? Alien chickens

i didn't know one of his pullets had a blue face too... i know mine does... i think they're gorgeous... but what would they be mixed with...? sumatra...?

Hmm... Looks like theres some OEGB...maybe sumatra like you said but not much if there is. Could be a silkie gene stuck in there somewhere but only the dark color to the skin.

I wouldn't doubt that they are OEGB. I have on hen and she has a blue face too and my splash hen has blue legs too. I want to say the Blue face hen is generations away from Silkie but that is just my assumption or from a bird with Sumatran in it. Here are my two old pics but I will try to get more later...

ahh... that could happen if he hatched out of a double yolker... but there's no way of knowing...



sad news though... he's going to get rid of this rooster... city came yesterday and said he has to get rid of all of his chickens but can keep two hens...

anybody want a trio of nuggets...?
