Today 8 thought it would be nice if my chicks had a better and bigger home from the small cardboard box before but I was kinda worried to see my chicks apart, lately they have been fighting and now I come home from the theaters to see them separated the one on the right is bigger and more feisty and the one on the left is gentle and smaller noticeably. Anybody know why? Are they fighting eachother?

Provide one large brooder.
Tape some boxes together.
The side with the lamp looks awfully hot, what's the temperature?

Put food and water on the cool side of the brooder.

If possible, provide something for the chicks to snuggle on. Some folks don't like shavings, but I do put shavings in the box, then place a puppy pad on top for the first week. The shavings give a bit of cushion and the puppy pads are a little soft.

Chicks look unhappy. Bigger brooder without a divider.
