First go at a hatch-a-long! We lost our awesome Blue Copper Marans roo, Robert Snagclaw, so I’m trying to hatch as many eggs as I can while I still can. These eggs will be set Tuesday 5/21 and due to hatch 6/11. I have another incubator coming, so I’ll likely start another dozen when it gets here!
Since we’ve had some really wild spring weather here lately, let’s go with weather themed names. I’ve included hen’s info for all the ones I knew below.

4 and 12 - Skunk, Leghorn cross
5 - Becky, Partridge Brahma
6 and 8 - Laya, Easter Egger

9 - Honey, Buff Orpington
10 - *
11 - Peaches, Buff Orpington
* not sure who laid these eggs, could be Chickpea the RIR, Maple the “Easter Egger” who lays brown eggs, or Cheepy the leghorn mix.
