I *might* get some help from the 16yo. My husband and the 22yo can't do it. The 16yo hasn't been tried on it yet but is more like me in ability to deal with grossness.

Hope the 16yr old can give you a hand with it, that's a lot of work. There is a certain element of grossness involved, but it will be nice to have that much meat in the freezer for the winter.
