1/5 hens laying. What should I be feeding?

Hi,
One of my five hens is laying; she has been for about three weeks now. They are all exactly 6 months and 3 days old. Is it okay to switch their feed to layer feed or do I wait until they are all laying?

You can start them now. It won't hurt the others. And will give your girls the extra nutrition to be right behind her.

Your choice. I would use all the grower up first, so it isn't laying around wasting away.
