1 chicken 2 days 3 eggs what is up with that

I have 5 chickens, only one EE so I know they are her eggs. 2 days ago I found a fairy egg of her, yesterday she layed first the big egg and when I locked them up there was the smaller egg. What is going on. Before the fairy egg she hadn’t layed an egg for 4-5 days. She is almost exactly 2 years old.

That is really only two eggs. There in no yolk in a fairy egg so ovulation is still timed correctly.
