1 day late for lockdown and 55% hatching rate...

I was late putting my eggs in lockdown. Out of 26 I had 16 hatch but 1 had leg problems. I opened an egg and I noticed they were completly formed expect for the belly (it wasn't completly absorbed). Do you think they drown from not being put in lockdown in time?

I don't know if it's drowning that happens, but something does.
