1 day old chick pooping red?

I just looked in the brooder and noticed red poop. Some of the red poop is with white poop. What do you think this is?

cocci... get them on amproline or Sulmet..right now... Mortality is certain w/o treatment and they will survive almost assuridly with treatment... Go to the store this minute and buy Sulmet and get it into their water. i would also use a powdered antibiotic w/it... Do Not give vitamins....and put them on medicated chick feed until they are nearly adults.
