1 m/o Cochin w/ swollen belly

I have a 1 m/o Cochin chick who has a rather swollen belly and some diarrhea, but no other signs of ill health. She went to the vet a week ago which was when it was first noticed but there were no parasites in her stool and I can't figure what could be causing this. Any ideas/suggestions?

Are you sure its the belly swollen and not the crop?

Small cuts can let air under the skin too. I currently have a 4 month old turkey that has an air bubble under the skin of her right wing, this was caused by a puncture wound.

A picture of the chick , front on level with it standing and a side view , standing, might be helpful.
