We bought 12 chickens from a local feed store last April (2012). They were all supposed to be hens and 2 of them ended up being roosters. Our hens are getting too much love from both roosters (loosing feathers and getting hurt). I love these roosters and don't want to cull them but can't have our hens being hurt either. He is a Rhode Island Red Rooster.
