1 week old baby chick gasping for air?

Any help on this? Came home and found her opening and closing her beak like she’s trying to breath but can’t. Her crop felt hard so we massaged it and gave some oil drops. Doesn’t seem to be helping. It’s like she can’t breathe. Our other chicks all seem

It looks like brooder pneumonia, a respiratory infection. At tractor supply they have things like VetRx and other products to help treat that. Hope the little baby gets better .
