1 week old chick with patch / skin skin irritation

This chick was born on May 6th and shipped. She arrived on Wednesday. I just noticed this little spot on her that appears like a skin irritation.

Any thoughts or ideas what this could be?

I am new to chicks.

It's possible she rubbed herself against material in the shipping container. I wouldnt worry about it really. They're all going to lose their fluff soon enough anyway.
