I have a bunch of new babies, I'm curious what you guys think on their sexes. I have an idea on a few, and I've put legbands on my suspected roos.
Either way I'll be fine with them, I picked the ones I thought were prettiest and we will keep them all :) So no need to say sorry on the roos ;)

Just curious if my guessing is any good. And sorry if the pictures suck - these little guys are flighty!! :) These are all from today except for a few I have a picture from last week.

Black/Blue/Splash Marans (Do any of them look black to you? They all look blue splash to me)

And my older cuckoo Marans.
The lady I got them from though 1 was female, 1 was male, and 1 not sure. The not sure is looking more like a boy to me every day.
The one in question is the farthest to the left in this photo. LTR we have: Cuckoo Maran (??), Americauna (F), Cuckoo Maran (F), Frizzle Cochin (M), Cuckoo Maran (M)

In this pic it's the one on the far right:

Blue Marans
#1,2, &3 cockerals
#4 not sure, possibly pullet
#5 pullet
Wheaten Marans
#6 cockeral
#7&8 not sure, maybe pullets
EEs
really hard to tell that early, but both have pullet coloring so far
Cuckoo Marans
looks like a light colored pullet, but the picture isn't close enough to show saddle feathers (or lack of)

How about this one?

sounds about right. It has a very small comb and has an overall color pattern, the orange color had me second guessing, but I still think it is a pullet.
