10 Chickens? Not long!

I saw something even smaller advertised in my area for 300 dollars and saying a bunch of chickens can fit when I wouldn't keep one chicken in it full time.

They are very nice coops this guy has but only for a few chickens.

Makes me angry that someone would tell newbies they can put TEN chickens in this. No surprise they are also selling chickens huh?
 
There trying to make some quick money of the city folks, their fixing to allow chickens in the city.
 
I really like that coop plan though! Perfect for a few birds. $450, just curious how much the materials cost? Anyone built a coop like that before?? We need to make a portable coop and that design is pretty good.
 
I would think under $200 , you could possible find culled lumber to reduce the cost.
