10 days old chicks unable to stand up.

One of our silkies is unable to walk.
It is gaining weight and moves around just fine but all of sudden today it cannot walk properly.
Looks like right leg is broken(?) nothing happened really that have caused trauma (my daughter likes to handle them but she is not rough)
Is it common? Is there something I can do for it?

Spraddle leg.
Luckily the post below mine explains it.
I layered paper towel to provide traction and put rubber band.
Hopefully deformation is not permanent.
