The 4th one in group B looks like a cockerel. The turken may be a pullet.

I didn't notice the small one! The large one looks like a roo to me.

First white pic looks like Delaware Pullet and last white one looks like California White(I think thats what it is called hybrid from Leghorn) and Pullet

Big one in group B pic 4 is SO a boy.
9th one in group B looks very cocky to me.

NOt getting enough contrast on the white ones to see the feather shape.

also, what would gender on those first two chickens be? pullet brown/gold, roo white/black??

Here's my guesses...
Group A pullet and roo.
Group B first 3 pullets, 4th pic has one pullet and one roo, 5th pullet, assuming the 6th and 7th pics are the same bird - I believe I see pointy hackle and saddle feathers so roo.
Group C the first 3 birds all look to be cockerels, not sure on the Naked Neck, and the last two look like they might be pullets - hard to tell in the pic.
