i just assumed it was because we started having shorter days.and than she went into a molt.she eats well.but her comb is very pale.it was time for my flocks, 6 month worming.which i did that last night.she is the only one of my flock that does not like to be picked up.i thought she may be over weight,i very surprised how light she was when i picked her up.she looked huge but she was mostly all feathers.and she has gotten very aggressive to some of her flock mates.MY question is do some chickens just stop laying altogether.I'm not sure of her breed.when she started laying in september it was a olive green egg.
thanks in advance.

The length of day light has an effect on laying and so does molting. Molting can take 5 months or more. During molting its very rare to have a chicken lay through a molt so when its over she will pick back up again.

Give her time, chances are she will start again come the spring.

If she feels very light to you maybe give her a little scratch as a treat.

Good Luck!

Trish
