I have two frizzle Cochins that about 10 or 11 weeks old. I had them in them in a separate cage for about a week. I take them in at night since I can’t integrate them yet and I’m afraid it’s too cold at night for them (getting down to 40/45). I let them in with the my three 9 mo old girls today (Cochin, Rhode Island Red, and silver laced Wyandotte). The immediately went after the poor baby. The larger one was pecked to the point of bleeding by my red. I separated them again. I knew they would peck to establish the order but is it normal to have them draw blood? Also would they be okay being out at night? I just feel like they aren’t very feathered.

Frizzles can't go out as soon as non-frizzles as their feathers stick out exposing their skin more so than regular feathered. I have silkies so that's how they are anyway. We've got similar temps here, and I have non-frizzle silkie chicks almost the same age that we've been hauling back in at night too. I'm about ready to let them stay overnight in a temp coop with a cozy coop radiant heater at night.

That's sounding overboard for pecking order. You could take the RIR out and see if the rest all get along without her there. If that works, keep her out for a few days or a week, then put her back. The pecking order should be reestablished and she'll be knocked down a peg or two.
