Definately a girl! That tail is ALL pullet, no doubt.

At 10 weeks old if it were a roo that comb would be red by now.
Here is a picture of my EE roo at 8 weeks old. Big red comb! You cant go by their feather. I have an EE pullet that has long long tail feathers. I was so worried that it might be a roo but shes a she.
