I would give it more time. Cochins really seem to combs and wattles early and it’s hard to tell with frizzles cuz their feathers are all crazy this is my frizzle from oldest pic first to about 8 weeks and many said she was a boy too. But the comb just never got any bigger. Yours has a bit redder color though so may still be a boy, but I’d give it more time!
