10 week old leghorn. A roo or pullet?

Any ideas if this chicken is a roo or pullet? It's about 10 weeks old.

Hmm, it's been awhile since my leghorn was a pullet but seems like a lot of comb n wattle for 10 weeks.

A 10 week old Leghorn cockerel should have a lot more comb.
