Here are my 10 week old red sex links. The other 3 still have white combs. Does this mean these are closer to laying?

The pullets in your picture are not ready to lay. I raised 6 RSLs last year and they had almost full combs by the time they laid. I'll go dig up a pic.

Here's a pic of one of my rsls the day I got my first egg.

I think they were 22 weeks. It's torturous waiting for your first egg, isn't it? This year I added 3 Easter Eggers. They're only 3 weeks right now and I'm no where as anxious as I was last year to see them grow up.
I have to tell you though, I really enjoy my RSLs. They're my first chickens ever and they're so entertaining! They have a grand old time free ranging in our yard. One found a tiny snake today and ran all over the place trying to keep it away from the others. It was so funny to watch. They're very healthy and made it thru the winter (New England) with no problem. A very hearty bird!

22 weeks? Omg. That would mean im not even half way there...it is torture thats for sure. I realize 20 weeks is the magic number but i swear these two are going to pop early. It will be interesting to see. I have heard of them starting anywhere from 14 weeks on. I hope these two girls fall in that category. Lol.
I let my girls free range when im home and have time to watch them. Im in the city in Ontario so im not really legal at the moment. So far the neighbours seem ok with it although I they havnt said anything. I only have 5 but they are so entertaining...

Keeping my fingers crossed..

One of my RSLs laid her first egg at 13 weeks 5 days. That was 3 days ago and we've got an egg from her daily since then. While I'm happy about the egg laying, it is a bit awkward to think I've got the chicken equivalent of the 10 y/o girl who had a baby.

She started squatting for me a couple days before that so when she starts to squat for you, you might be getting close!

She looks a lot like my other RSLs, so I'd say at least a couple more weeks. The comb on mine looks very red, soft, and engorged with blood. It also moves like old hanging skin whenever she moves her head. Honestly I didn't really notice anything until she started squatting for me and then it seemed like her comb/wattle got very red very quickly!
