10 week tolbunt polish sex?

Here's Ziggy, a tolbunt polish who is 10 weeks this week. Zero comb or wattle development. Of the two polish we hatched, was definitely the smaller. Any guesses from the polish experts among us? I think she looks like a she right now but could this still turn out male?

It looks like a hen to me but Polish can be tough. Their poof can help determine their sex because the roos tend to have a messier poof if that makes sense, lol. Like it has more stringy feathers mixed in.

Update at 11.5 weeks - still no wattle or comb, no sign of saddle feathers, but these hackle feathers are concerning me. Still say pullet?

I personally would still say pullet. Saddle feathers should be coming in soon. They will tell the tale....
